    What do you do for healthcare? Do you have affordable insurance while you travel? Health insurance is the one thing keeping me tied to a job I find less than fulfilling.

    We don’t have health insurance, but we do have travel insurance to cover anything major: hospitalizations, accidents, emergency evacuations, the cost of being moved to a better hospital, repatriation of remains (hi mom!), worldwide emergency assistance, etc. Lonely Planet has some good travel insurance resources. Besides, we think that healthcare costs become much more reasonable anyway, once you leave the U.S. $12.00 for an ER visit + drugs in India is not bad. Best of luck in your travels!

    So is it Heather taking and posting and commenting under most of the photos in your gallery? When it says “I…” is it you, Heather?” I’m so glad you take the trouble to take lots of pictures and post them! Love ya

    We both take pictures, but yep, it is Heather who edits, posts, and writes comments under them.
